For Imago Young Carers you need a referral.
This is where a professional helps you. You’ll need a teacher, school nurse, social worker or a healthcare professional like a GP to do this for you. We’ll need to contact your parent/guardian before making the referral.
It involves gathering information about your situation to get an idea about how best to help you.
It might be referred to as a Young Carers’ Assessment, but don’t worry, it’s not a test and there aren’t any right or wrong answers. You can find out a bit more about preparing for this here.
